I’m so happy you found us!
Wellllll to be honest there is not much of an “us” right now. It’s mostly just me, little old Elyse, behind the screen of my computer. But now we are both here!
Who am I?
You can call me Elyse VeeBee. To be honest, I’m just a flow enthusiast from Montréal who wanted to share my passion for the flow arts and bring the different prop communities together under one roof. No pretension, ego, or bad attitude is welcome here, so leave all that at the door.
All are welcome here, from beginner to master performer and even folks who haven’t touched a flow prop in their life.
This website is also LGBTQIA+, POC, individuals with disabilities, women, and other minorities or underrepresented group friendly. If we made a mistake and wrote or did something that is against this principle, then let us know and we’ll change it right away.
Am I a pro flow artist?
No, but I’m working on it. I do consider myself to be at an intermediate level and I hope to grow in my flow and bring you and the community with me on this journey.

Flow props arsenal
While most flow enthusiasts might focus on one or 2 props, I consider myself a jack of all trades. I’d like to learn all the props that exist, but I am but one woman (and I am limited by my budget).
So right now I am focussing on the following props:
- Poi
- Buugeng
- S-Staff
- contact staff
- silk fans
- flow fans (mostly russian grip)
- contact juggling, but to be honest I barely dabble

I’m not just a dreamer, I am also a realist and I know that the chance that I get to an advanced level with all the flow props that exist is slim to none.
So if you do consider yourself a pro, or would just like to just give a hand to build this community with me from the ground up, then get in touch and we’ll see what we can achieve together! I know I’ll need all the help I can get.
